  • Placing an order

    PLACING AN ORDER

    The procedure of ordering online at Myronia.com is fast and easy. Use the main menu bar and select one of the available categories: Clothes, Underwear / Nightwear, Accessories, Shoes, Brands. You can also browse our products by clicking on the applications Shop by Body Shape and Shop by Occasion and choose your clothes based on your body shape or based on the occasion you are shopping for, respectively.

    When you find the product of your choice, you can select the colour, size and quantity and by clicking on the button “Add to Cart”, where you add your choices to your online shopping cart.
    You can select to continue shopping or finalize your order.
    In the first case, you can continue adding items to your shopping cart, as described above.

    Quick Buy
    At Myronia.com we also offer the option of quick buy! When you see an item you like, you can simply click on the bottom of the image and select the option “Quick Buy”. The item’s details will pop up and from there, you can add it to your shopping cart.
    You may edit your shopping cart, by changing quantities or deleting items, before completing your order.
    To complete your order, you will be asked to fill in the shipping address, the shipping method and the payment method.

    COMPLETING AN ORDER

    When you finalize your order, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order, at the email address you provided during your registration on our website. With the receipt of this email, it is confirmed that your order has been successfully placed. If you do not receive the order completion email, please contact us via email at sales@myronia.com or via telephone at (+30) 210 6447435 (before contacting us, check your spam folder in your email account).

    You may change or cancel an order by contacting us at (+30) 210 6447435 by 12 p.m. of the following business day of your order placement.
  • Are all the products I see available?

    You are able to view the availability on the page of each product. If you are interested in a product that appears as not currently available, please contact us at (+30) 210 6447435.
  • Can I change/cancel my order?

    You may change or cancel an order by contacting us at (+30) 210 6447435 by 12 p.m. of the following business day of your order placement.
  • How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?

  • I have not received one of the items I ordered, what can I do?

    In the rare occasion that you have not received an item you ordered, please contact us via email at sales@myronia.com or via telephone at (+30) 210 6447435 in order to investigate the issue and send you, your ordered item without any additional cost.
  • I have received a faulty item, what can I do?

    In the rare occasion that you have received an item considered faulty, please contact us immediately via email at sales@myronia.com or via telephone at (+30) 210 6447435 in order to investigate the issue and replace the item, without any additional cost.
  • How can I pay for my order?

    Το complete your order, we offer you 4 different payment methods to choose from:

    1. Cash on Delivery (COD) (available for shipments within Greece and Cyprus). You can pay for your order to the courier upon the delivery.
    For shipments within Greece, the COD service is free of charge.
    For shipments to Cyprus, the COD service has a cost of 3,5€.
    For shipments abroad the COD service is not available.

    2. Payment via Credit Card. You can pay for your orders with any VISA or MasterCard cards. For orders paid by credit card, you can choose if you wish to pay in up to 6 installments (based on the payment amount). The option of interest-free installments is available for orders over 100€.  Myronia.com is certified by one of the most modern standards' security technology, the SSL Certificate by VERISIGN.

    3. Payment via PayPal. By selecting PayPal, you choose a safe and fast payment method, which is processed and completed under the strict transaction rules set by PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account and you choose this as your payment method, you will be redirected to enter your PayPal account details, created by you on the PayPal website. Myronia.com does not know or have access to your personal PayPal information.

    4. Bank deposit: You can deposit the payment of your order to the following bank account:

    Upon depositing the payment, please send the bank statement via email at sales@myronia.com, in order to verify that the deposit has been made. The products are shipped upon confirming that the payment has been deposited.

    ATTENTION: Please note that when depositing the amount to the bank account, it may take up to 2-3 business days, in order for the amount to be approved. Once it has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Is payment by credit card safe?

    Absolutely! The credit card is charged within the secure environment of EUROBANK EFG using the protocol SSL, which guarantees 100% safety of your transactions!

    To complete the order, you can choose payment by credit card and fill in the appropriate fields with your credit card information. For your own safety, the credit card’s critical data (credit card number, CVV code, expiry date) are not saved on our system.
    In case of refund, the amount is directly returned to your credit card.

    In case Myronia.com cannot accept the payment, the transaction is cancelled without charging your credit card.
  • Can I pay with interest-free installments?

    Yes, for the orders paid by credit card, you can choose if you wish to pay in up to 6 installments (based on the payment amount). The option of interest-free installments is available for orders over 100€.  
  • Is there an option to issue invoice?

    Yes, Myronia.com gives you the option to choose between a receipt and an invoice for your order. The invoice can be issued for companies and freelancers by submitting specific information like the TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) and the PFS (Public Financial Service) at the completion of the order.
  • How can I redeem a Gift Card?

    If you are a lucky owner of a Myronia Gift Card, you may use it within the time frame mentioned in the email you received with the gift card’s information. An advantage of the Myronia Gift Card is that you have the option of using it on separate orders.

  • How I can I redeem a coupon?

    You may redeem a coupon by filling in the field “DISCOUNT CODE” in the shopping cart. Attention! You must type in the coupon code exactly as it was provided to you, without spaces. If your coupon is valid, the discount will happen automatically. If you encounter any difficulties while redeeming a coupon, please check the following:

    •You can use one coupon for one transaction only.
    • Make sure the email address you use for placing your order, is the same as the one, where you received the coupon.
    • Certain coupons may be valid for specific products and Βrands or specific product categories or for orders pertaining to specific countries. Any such limitation will be mentioned by the company.
    • All coupons have an expiry date.

  • What is the shipping fee?

    For shipments within Greece, the shipping fee is free regardless of the order cost.
    For shipments in Cyprus, the shipping fee is 8€ regardless of the order cost.

    For shipments within Greece, the COD service is free of charge.  
    For shipments to Cyprus, the COD service has a cost of 3,5€. 

    For shipments abroad, the COD service is not available.

    For international shipments, for orders up to 100€, the shipping fee is 12€.
    For orders above 100€, the shipping fee is 8€.

    Please note that for orders outside the EU, additional taxes or custom fees may apply.
  • If I place an order today, when will I receive it?

    For shipments within Greece, the deliveries are handled by courier Geniki Taxydromiki, during business days between 9:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.

    Shipments within Attica, placed by 3 p.m, are delivered by Geniki Taxydromiki within 1-2 business days.
    Shipments for the rest of Greece, are delivered by Geniki Taxydromiki within 2-3 business days.

    Shipments within Attica, placed after 3 p.m, are delivered by Geniki Taxydromiki within 2-3 business days.
    Shipments for the rest of Greece, placed after 3 p.m, are delivered by Geniki Taxydromiki within 3-4 business days.

    Shipments to Cyprus are delivered by Geniki Taxydromiki within 1-3 business days.

    International shipments are delivered by DHL within 1-3 business days.

    Τhe estimated delivery date may change due to extenuating circumstances (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc).
    Additionally, during holidays or sales season it is likely that deliveries may be delayed due to increased workload.
  • Where is my order shipped to?

    All orders are delivered to the shipment address you have submitted during your registration.

    If you wish to ship your order to an alternate address than the one registered in your personal information, you may do so BEFORE submitting your order.
    You must include your mobile number in the personal information section, in case the courier service needs to contact you in the event of impediment.

    Myronia.com cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery for your order. The best option is to provide your mobile number, so that the courier can contact you, in case you are not at the address you provided upon delivery, so that you may arrange an alternative delivery time.
  • Can I track my order?

    For shipments within Greece:

    You can track your order through the website of Geniki Taxydromiki, by using the tracking number of your order.
    The tracking number is automatically sent to your email address with the placement of your order.
    You may also find your tracking number from your order history, when you log in to your account.

    For shipments to Cyprus:

    You can track your order through the website of Geniki Taxydromiki, by using the tracking number of your order.
    The tracking number is automatically sent to your email address with the placement of your order.
    You may also find your tracking number from your order history, when you log in to your account.

    For international shipments:

    Please visit the website of DHL and track your parcel with your tracking number.
    The tracking number is automatically sent to your email address with the placement of your order.
    You may also find your tracking number from your order history, when you log in to your account.
  • Can I return a product or request a refund?

    You may ask to return a product or get a refund for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. The courier stamp is evidence of the date of delivery.

    PLEASE NOTE:
    For hygiene reasons changes or returns of underwear are only accepted, only if the item is proven faulty.
    In order to return a product, the product shall not be used and all company tags should not be removed.

    Additionally, the product needs to be returned in its original packaging and in excellent condition as it was delivered, without wears, tears or stains.

    Finally, the product needs to be accompanied by all necessary sales documents.

    For orders paid with COD, the refund will be made through a bank account. For the deposit the reference number IBAN of your account and the name of the recipient, are required. For security reasons, the holder of the account number must be the same person on the sales receipt.

    For orders paid by credit card, the refund will be made through a bank account.

    Exchanges/returns of products are easy and fast:

    For orders within Greece and Cyprus:

    1. Please contact us via telephone at (30+) 210 6447435 or via email at sales@myronia.com stating your request. For your convenience please have your order number available.
    2. Upon contacting us, you will receive a return code. Please write down this code on the return form (in the case you would like a refund, please move on to the refund section).
    3. In the case of exchanging products, we will request the codes, colour and size of the new products you wish to order.
    4. Prepare your package for return.
    Fill in the return form with the return code, the reason of return as well as the product's codes, the colour and size of the new product you wish to order in the case of exchange.
    Place the return form inside the package.
    Close the package so that the content is protected. You may use the same or different packaging from the one, that was originally delivered.

    5. Contact the local branch of Geniki Taxydromiki in order to arrange the return of the package (you may find the closest branch here).

    For International Orders:

    1. Contact us via telephone at (+30) 210 6447435 or via email at sales@myronia.com stating your request. For your convenience please have your order number available.
    2. Upon contacting us you will receive a return code. Please write down this code on the return form (if you would like a refund, please move on to the refund section)
    3. In case of exchange products, we will request the codes, colour and size of the new products you wish to order.
    4. Prepare your package for return.
    Fill in the return form with the return code, the reason of return as well as the product’s codes, the colour and size of the new product you wish to order in the case of exchange.
    Place the return form inside the package.
    Close the package so that the content is protected. You may use the same or different packaging as the one, that was originally shipped delivered.

  • Will I be charged for returning/changing products or for refund?

    In case of Exchange 

    For orders within Greece:
    In the case of exchanging a non-faulty item, the return to Myronia.com, is free of charge. It is required to use Geniki Taxydromiki for the return of the items, marking delivery charges to be paid by the recipient. This is only valid for the first exchange.

    The re-shipping fee/second exchange is 4€ and it is paid by the customer.

    For orders from Cyprus:
    In the case of exchanging a non-faulty item, the return to Myronia.com, is free of charge. It is required to use Geniki Taxydromiki for the return of the items, marking delivery charges to be paid by the recipient. This is only valid for the first exchange.

    The re-shipping fee/second exchange is 12€ and it is paid by the customer.

    For international orders:
    In the case of exchanging of a non-faulty item, the return to Myronia.com, is free of charge. It is requested to use DHL for the return of the items, marking delivery charges to be paid by the recipient. This is only valid only for the first exchange.

    The re-shipping fee/second exchange is 12€ and it is paid by the customer.

    Refunds

    In the case of requesting a refund, the return fees of the parcel are paid by the customer.

    For orders within Greece:
    Myronia.com gives you the option of benefitting from the price of 4€ for the return of your package, using exclusively Geniki Taxydromiki. This fee will not be paid to the courier, but it will be removed from the amount to be refunded. Therefore, when returning your package, you must mark that delivery charges are paid by the recipient.

    For orders from Cyprus:
    Myronia.com gives you the option of benefitting from the price of 12€ for the return of your package, using exclusively Geniki Taxydromiki. This fee will not be paid to the courier, but it will be removed from the amount to be refunded. Therefore, when returning your package, you must mark that delivery charges are paid by by the recipient.

    Alternatively, you may choose to return the package, using a method of your choice, however, making sure for the safe return of the package. Attention! In all cases the customer is obliged to keep a copy of the return receipt and provide it to the company upon request as evidence, in order to issue the refund.

    For international orders:
    The delivery charges for the return of the package are covered exclusively by the customer.
